1. Data We Collect
Account and profile data
Your name, email address, phone number, business/trade details, profile photo, and the skills and services you list.
Platform activity
Trade offers you post, proposals, messages exchanged with other members, ratings and reviews.
Payment data
When you subscribe to Pro or Business plans, payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/gb/privacy).
Technical data
Device type, IP address, and basic usage information needed to run the service securely.
2. How We Use Your Data
To create and run your account, match you with other members, and enable messaging and trade proposals. To process subscription payments. To provide customer support. To keep the platform safe and prevent fraud or misuse. Where required, to meet legal and tax obligations. We only use your data for these purposes and never sell it.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Billing and tax records are kept for the period required by UK law (typically 6 years). Deleted account content is removed within 30 days.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict our use of it, and request a copy (portability). You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can delete your account at any time from the app's account settings. This permanently removes your profile, listings, and messages. Email us if you need help.
8. Children
The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
